Learning Skills is an academic support system that provides students with the opportunity to develop the compensatory strategies to enhance confidence-building and independence, leading to success in the High School. Students will be referred to the Learning Specialist following consultation with the family, the student’s advisor, relevant teacher (s), and division director. Instruction is provided from one to three periods a cycle to individuals or small groups of students. Families are billed for the cost of Learning Skills services.
