Varsity Softball wins opener in a walk-off fashion!

The Girls’ Varsity Softball team opened the season playing against league rivals Loyola. The game was tied 9-9 going into the bottom of the 7th inning, and Callie Landberg hit a walk off base hit to drive in JoJo Greenberg from third. Riley Gleason had 8 strikeouts in 5 1/2  innings and Gaby Perello (in her Varsity Softball pitching debut) had 2 strikeouts in 1 1/2 innings.
