Encore - Lower School

REGISTRATION FOR FALL 2026 BEGINS MAY 1ST

Trevor’s AfterSchool program, Encore, runs daily from 3:00–6:00 pm for our Three's Program through 5th-grade students. Encore has two divisions, the Three's–1st grade program and the 2nd–5th grade program. A head teacher and assistant teacher supervise each program.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON HOW TO REGISTER:

All families must create an account by inputting a new username and password at "New Student Log In." If you have already done this when registering for the 3rd Trimester of AfterSchool or for camp, please skip to step 3.
After families have created an account, they will be able to view their child's profile and register.
Once a child is registered in our new system, families can then register with the link that says "Returning Student Log In."
This new system will allow families to view their child's AfterSchool and Camp programming on their devices.
Payment: We will continue to charge families on their My BackPack account. You will be billed for afterschool after each trimester begins.

Threes—1st Grade Program
Students have an opportunity to play and interact in a relaxed atmosphere, much like a play date. Students are escorted by their teachers to the after-school room, where they may socialize, have a snack, and listen to story time (for our younger students). Unless enrolled in an additional class starting at 3:30 pm, students may enjoy free play or an organized group activity with their after-school teacher. Daily classes available for Threes-1st grade students include:

2nd—5th Grade Program
Homework Time is available to 2nd–5th graders each day. The Homework Room is supervised by a teacher, and students are expected to work on homework independently and quietly. Parents can notify the director if they do not want their children to participate in Homework Time. In enrichment classes, students play and interact within a mixed-age group, supervised by a head and assistant teacher. Classes include:

Encore Fee Information
Encore fees cover costs from 3:00–6:00 pm, including all special classes, snack, and materials. Tuition Assistance is available at the same percentage as a family’s tuition assistance grant. (If your child is taking an Arts Conservatory lesson, the cost of after-school coverage in Core on that day is included in the cost of the lessons. Please refer to Arts Conservatory Fees). Parents are billed by the Business Office each semester.

Tuition per trimester:
- One Day $835
- Two Days $1,340
- Three Days $1795
- Four Days $2210
- Five Days $2,575
- Additional class on a day $715
Refund policy:
A $100 fee will be charged if a student drops a class during the first week of the semester. After that, there are no refunds. If your child is interested in taking more than one special class a day, there will be an additional fee. Fees for classes added after the beginning of the semester will be prorated.

Late Fees:
If you arrive past 6:00, you will be charged a late fee of $25. Please note financial aid does not apply to this fee.
